We manage your investment, support your tenants and look after the building your property sits within — with our team onsite Monday to Friday and available for urgent building emergencies and lockouts on weekends.

Being onsite Monday to Friday means we are close to your property, your tenants and the building itself. We can pick up on the small things early, respond quickly when something needs attention and help prevent minor issues from becoming costly problems.
And when something genuinely cannot wait, we are available on weekends for building emergencies and lockouts.

Sarah and Shane are the licensed property and building managers for The Lanes, giving owners and residents direct access to the people actually managing the property and the building.
We are onsite throughout the working week and available for urgent property and building emergencies and lockouts on weekends.
